The Polo House estate at dusk, strings of bulbs lit above the drive between both properties
Group Stays & Occasions · Santa Ynez Valley

The Whole Estate, for Your Whole Group

Fourteen keys across two properties a short walk apart, and everyone you invited asleep on them. Whatever the occasion, it happens in one place.

How the Keys Divide

Eight private front doors, and six rooms above the table.

Fourteen keys, and your group decides how to split them. Take one side, take the other, or take all fourteen and share the property with nobody.
